I think I should start posting the most absurd, ridiculous “facts” about Finland and see how many people buy them. My favourite candidates so far:
- Donald Duck was banned in Finland because he doesn’t wear pants.
- Walking alone at night in Finland is dangerous because of the polar bears.
- The king of Finland lives in a huge snow castle.
- Finland is a socialist country.
- Finnish people often commit mass suicides around Christmas time.
